Are you not satisfied with your product or does it not meet your expectations? That’s unfortunate, but don’t worry: at CROP, we make returning items simple and fast. For all your purchases, you have a 100-day cooling-off period from the date you receive your order. Within this period, you can return your product.

How to return your product

  1. Click the blue button to go to our Returns Portal.
  2. Enter your order number (found in your order confirmation).
  3. Enter your email address.
  4. Click the button to get started.
  5. Select the products you wish to return.
  6. Choose your preferred shipping method for a quick and easy return.
  7. Click Confirm.
  8. Pay for the return label at the special reduced rate.
  9. You will receive your return label immediately by email.
  10. Drop off the package at a location near you.

What you can expect from us

Once we receive your return package, our returns department will carefully inspect the product. We will then immediately process the solution you have chosen.

Refunds

Within 7 days of confirming receipt, we will refund the purchase amount to the same account used for payment. Did you pay with a gift card? You will then receive a credit voucher.

Specific products

Car Paint

Did you order paint and the color is not as expected? Our experienced color specialists take every care to mix and fill the paint with precision. Custom-made paints cannot be returned.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

PPE must meet strict hygiene standards. Therefore, these products cannot be returned to ensure health and hygiene for everyone. This includes:

• Dust masks

• Face masks

• Spray masks

• Overalls

Return conditions

• Product is new and in original condition

• Product is in its original packaging

• Product is unused

• Product is not custom-made

• Product does not fall under personal protective equipment
