Deze Staubli RBE-06 insteeknippel is de juiste keuze als je werkt met een Staubli RSI-06 of NSI-06 snelkoppeling en regelmatig wisselt tussen pneumatisch gereedschap. Let op de 6mm doorlaat: die is prima voor verfspuiten, blaaspistolen en lichte schuurmachines, maar te beperkt voor zwaar pneumatisch gereedschap dat meer luchtdebiet vraagt.

  • Snel wisselen van gereedschap in de werkplaats: Wissel je regelmatig tussen een verfspuit, blaaspistool of schuurmachine op perslucht, dan zorgt deze nippel voor een snelle, verliesvrije koppeling. De constructie van gehard chroomstaal houdt dat ook bij intensief dagelijks gebruik vol.
  • Fijngevoelig gereedschap dat veel bewogen wordt: Door de compacte opbouw en de trillingsbestendige pasvorm is deze nippel goed geschikt voor licht pneumatisch gereedschap waarbij je veel met de slang beweegt. De 6mm doorlaat levert een constante, gecontroleerde luchtdoorvoer die bij dit type gereedschap precies klopt.
  • Minder geschikt voor systemen met een ander koppelingsprofiel of groter debiet: Deze nippel past uitsluitend op Staubli RSI-06 en NSI-06 koppelingen. Gebruik je een Orion- of Euro-koppeling, dan sluit hij niet goed aan en krijg je lekkage; kies dan een insteeknippel met het bijpassende DN 7.2/7.4-profiel. Ook voor zwaar pneumatisch gereedschap dat een 9mm of grotere doorlaat nodig heeft, is deze nippel te beperkt.
