FLEX OSE 2-80 SET is a set with an electric eccentric sander with a 81 x 133mm velcro backing pad and a Venturi filter, delivered in a FLEX professional Systainer storage and transport case. The sander has a carbon brushless motor, an integrated dust extraction system and a 4-position speed control. The sander comes with a Venturi filter for dust-free sanding, without a vacuum.

Flat rectangular sander in Systainer 

This rectangular flat sander is suitable for professional eccentric sanding of primers, putty, car paint, wood and other surfaces. It comes in a Systainer FLEX case in which you can safely store and transport the sander and its accessories. This sander is ideal for the power sanding of frames, doors, tables, chairs, furniture and other surfaces with corners, edges and other areas that are difficult for other sanders to access.

Brushless motor

The FLEX OSE 2-80 is equipped with a modern brushless motor. This type of electric motor eliminates all the disadvantages of the conventional DC motor: commutation problems in the commutator, inertia, cooling, significantly higher power density, geometry, service life and the need to change (and source) new carbon brushes. This sander therefore has a longer life and less maintenance than similar sanders with carbon brushes.
