CROP's special edition HVLP spray gun is suitable for high quality spraying of primers, 1K and 2K paints, clear coats and other finishes. This is a CROP special edition with an elegant, ergonomic and thought-out Italian design. This High Volume Low Pressure paint gun has a Teflon coating on the gun body, making cleaning quick and easy. The gun is equipped with an HVLP air cap, a 600ml top cup and is available in 3 nozzle openings.

CROP's special edition HVLP spray gun has been designed by an Italian team with particular attention to the balance between performance and design. Because of this focus and attention, the HVLP gun has an Italian design with streamlined handles and triggers. The adjustable screws are deeply grooved, making them easy to use and adjust. The gun housing has a protective Teflon coating that prevents and repels the adhesion of 1K and 2K paints, making clean-up after spraying much easier.

Depending on the product you want to spray, choose the desired nozzle opening: The correct nozzle opening depends on the viscosity (thickness) of the paint or finish. CROP's special edition black HVLP spray gun is available in the following nozzle sizes.
- 1.3mm: for base coat and colour paint
- 1.4mm: for 2K automotive paint, 2K clearcoat and alkyd paint
- 1.8mm: for primers

This gun requires 280 litres per minute of compressed air to spray the paint. 280 litres per minute at a pressure of 2 bar is unique for a professional HVLP gun. If you want to spray at 3 bar with the gun, you will need at least 340 litres per minute.
