3M Trizact 6000 sanding disc has a foam layer and microreplication technology, the sanding minerals are evenly distributed over the surface. This creates a sanding result with a smooth matt finish.
Wet sanding paint before polishing
Trizact foam disc can be used for sanding car paint before you start polishing. Thanks to the extremely fine abrasive P6000, you are able to sand thin layers of the clear coat. Afterwards, the paint can be polished for an extremely smooth and tight end result.
Sanding blending zones
3M Trizact 6000 can also be used as a sanding disc when sanding blending zones. Thanks to the extremely fine abrasive grain, you superficially sand the blending area. Ideal for spot repairs!
Can be used both mechanically and manually
It can be used both mechanically and manually. The sanding discs contain velcro, which means that they fit onto all sanders (don't forget to disable the dust extraction!). In addition, these can also be used by hand, to manually sand surfaces with an ultimate control over the sanding result. In addition, you can use a 150mm hand sanding pad. Always use water or a good degreaser!

- Stofkorrels of fijne krasjes in blanke lak wegschuren: P6000 is grof genoeg om stofinsluitsels of lichte oppervlaktekrasjes weg te slijpen, maar fijn genoeg om daarna met één of twee polijststappen weer een spiegelglans te halen. Werk je netjes nat en gebruik je een geschikte backing pad, dan is dit goed te doen als je de stappen rustig volgt.
- Voorbereiding voor polijsten na een spuitbeurt: Na een reparatielak of volledige spuitbeurt gebruik je deze schijf om de oranje-schilstructuur of kleine oneffenheden glad te slijpen voordat je gaat polijsten. De Trizact-structuur slijt gelijkmatig, wat consistente resultaten geeft over een groter oppervlak.
- Minder geschikt voor diepe krassen of zware lakschade: P6000 haalt geen diepe krassen weg die je met je nagel kunt voelen. Daarvoor begin je grover, met P1500 of P2000, en werk je stapsgewijs op naar P6000 als eindstap. Sla die tussenstappen over, dan blijven de grovere slijpsporen zichtbaar na het polijsten.
